OPS Field Kit Hub Overview
The OPS CONNECT™ Field Kit Hub is your launch point for authorized field tools on the OPS Network. Sign in through OPS CONNECT or arrive from the Agency Command Center to access applications. All activity is monitored for authorized law enforcement use only.
Search, Filters & Views
Use the search bar to find any tool by name or keyword. Sidebar categories narrow results to Field Ops, Codes & Statutes, Forms & PDF, SRT & CART, Legal Services, New Jersey Assets, Courts & Records, Motor Vehicle / Vehicle Intel, Federal / National Resources, FEMA ICS Resources, OPIOD Resources, Additional Resources, or On Scene APP Card. Press / to focus search. Toggle grid or list view in All Applications as needed.

Open OPS IMPACT from the featured banner row or OPIOD Resources for Agency OPIOD Program Dev and Consultation. This tool must be launched from the OPS Field Kit Hub; direct links and bookmarks will not open it.
Prescription Dropbox Locator — Agency Entry Portal
Agency portal for OPS Network participating law enforcement to submit and manage prescription medication drop box locations. Open it from OPIOD Resources.
Prescription Dropbox Locator — Public Search Portal
Public search tool to find secure prescription medication drop boxes operated by law enforcement near a location or address. Open it from OPIOD Resources.
Naloxone Locator Service
Open the Naloxone365 locator from OPIOD Resources to find free naloxone at participating New Jersey pharmacies. Search by current location or address, set a radius, and select a pharmacy for details and directions. Anyone 14 or older can obtain naloxone anonymously and at no cost. In an emergency, call 911.

OPS COMMAND|MAP™
Open OPS COMMAND|MAP for real-time operational mapping and incident coordination. Launch from the featured banner row, Quick Launch, or Field Ops to plot resources, track incident locations, and coordinate on-scene activity from a shared map workspace.
OPS SafeBeacon™
Safely track members and teams live on a map during operations. Launch from the featured banner row or Field Ops to open OPS SafeBeacon in a new tab.
OPS FaceMatch™
Identify, compare and score the likelihood of face matches and age progressions. Launch from the featured banner row or Field Ops to open OPS FaceMatch in a new tab.

OPS Flow Chart

Access standardized legal and constitutional forms in the field — Miranda advisements, consent searches, sworn statements, property receipts, and more. Complete, execute, and save PDFs from the featured banner row or sidebar under Quick Launch.

Open OPS SCRIPT|CHECK as a handwriting analyzer and investigative action tool for script analysis. Launch from the featured banner row or Field Ops.
OPS Photo Array™
Create photo arrays and identification lineups in the browser. Add images, arrange the layout, and export sheets for field use and case documentation. Available in the featured banner row and sidebar (Beta).
OPS Composite Sketch Artist™
Build investigative facial composite sketches from witness descriptions. Launch from the featured banner row or Field Ops to open the sketching platform, assemble features, and export or print composites for case documentation.
OPS Weather Pulse™
Open OPS Weather Pulse for tactical forecast intelligence—live watches, warnings, hourly conditions, and a 7-day outlook powered by Open-Meteo and NWS alerts. Enter a city, address, or zip, or use your device location for field-ready weather data.
OPS Traffic Cams™
Open OPS Traffic Cams for law enforcement situational awareness—view available NJ, PA, DE, and NYC live traffic camera feeds. Search by location or coordinates, filter by state network, and monitor primary or multi-view feeds from the OPS Field Kit.
OPS Cell Tower Locator™
Open OPS Cell Tower Locator for law enforcement communications intelligence—search cell tower sectors by location or coordinates, filter carriers, and export PDF tower intel reports. This tool is in Beta Mode; coverage and features may expand over time.
OPS CONNECT™ IP Locator
Look up and report IP addresses from the OPS Field Kit. Enter an IP to locate network details and generate a field-ready report for investigations and documentation through OPS CONNECT.
My Locator
My Locator activates an emergency alarm beacon from the OPS Field Kit so your position can be shared during critical incidents. Launch the tool, follow on-screen prompts, and ensure location services are enabled on your device.
Operational Planner™
The OPS Operational Planner helps you build and organize operational plans in the field. Open from Quick Launch, create or load a plan, and use the planning interface to document objectives, assignments, and timelines for your operation.
CommandGrid™
CommandGrid is the OPS spreadsheet platform for tracking assignments, resources, and operational data on scene. Launch from Quick Launch to open a grid workspace and enter or update rows as your incident evolves.
Phonetic & 10-Code
Look up phonetic alphabet and 10-code equivalents for clear radio communication. Enter or select a term to translate between plain language and standard codes used on the OPS Network.
DamageDock
Document property or vehicle damage with photos, notes, and structured fields. Capture evidence at the scene and save or export records for reports and follow-up through your OPS CONNECT workflow.
Field Image Documentor
Capture and organize field images with labels, timestamps, and categories. Use this OPS Field Kit tool to build a visual record linked to an incident or investigation.
GearTrac
Track assigned equipment, serial numbers, and checkout status. Log gear issued or returned in the field so your agency inventory stays current in OPS CONNECT.
Duty Expense Tracker
Log duty-related expenses with dates, amounts, and descriptions. Save entries for reimbursement or administrative review through your agency’s OPS CONNECT processes.
Field Person Documenter
Document persons encountered in the field—identifiers, contact information, and notes—in a structured format suitable for reports and follow-up.
